Mission & Values

I create content that shares the beauty, mess, and humor of van life, mental health, and personal growth, encouraging audiences to live intentionally, embrace DIY adventures, and find joy in everyday challenges.

After converting a 2019 Ram ProMaster and moving in full-time with my husband, Jason, and our two dogs, Miles and Potato, I share the van life experience through honest, down-to-earth storytelling. With a background in content strategy and creative production, my work combines professional insight with authentic perspective.

My first book, In Body I Trust, reflects themes of resilience, self-discovery, and finding beauty in the in-between.
